Set up and Mobilization Secure Necessary permit and requirements with the Town of Lewiston Building Department Setup Rooftop perimeter safety as required Any roll off container delivery to be coordinated with Town Police Chief or designated Town of Lewiston official Any Material storage to be coordinated with Police Chief or designated Town of Lewiston official Notify Town Police Chief or designated Town of Lewiston official of any delays due to weather , material lead times or other circumstance Demolition / Removal of existing Remove Perimeter existing Coping Remove Flashings as needed on Rooftop unit Remove 2 existing skylights Remove existing roof down to existing Metal Decking Installation of new roofing material Install new Iso - guard foam insulation board ( or approved equal ) to required thickness , pitched to existing drains as required Infill Existing skylight openings as required by site conditions Install 60 EPDM roofing membrane , Glue down per manufacturers instructions Install all flashing details at walls , penetrations , vents and rooftop units per manufacturers specifications Replace existing roof drain clamp rings , and mesh domes in 2 locations Replace Gas piping standoffs with Provide the Town of Lewiston with EPMD product with associated 30 yr Warranty on product Replace perimeter coping / fascia with new . Color T . B . D by the Town of Lewiston Provide Town of Lewiston with Warranty on workmanship WORK SCHEDULE Work shall be performed between the hours of 7 : 00 a . m . and 5 : 00 p . m . and / or anytime on weekends . Work Schedule is flexible based on weather . Building ingress and egress to remain for staff and residents at all times . Include a tentative schedule with bid package .
