Description | The City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to remove existing floor finishes and install a new polished concrete flooring system in the City Hall Basement . 1 . Demolition and Removal The Contractor shall remove all existing VCT tile , ceramic tile , adhesives , mastics , and associated materials . The Contractor shall provide all labor , tools , and equipment required for demolition and surface preparation . The City will furnish dumpsters for disposal of removed materials . The Contractor shall be responsible for loading and placing demolished materials into City - provided dumpsters in compliance with all applicable regulations . |
