1 • Address all visible cracks and flaws on pool walls and floor • Apply isophthalic polyester resin • Laminate ¾ - ounce fiberglass mat • Apply a second coat of isophthalic resin • Apply gel coat finish • Include expansion joints on pool floor ( 76 liner feet ) • Raise wall step ladder treads so the first tread starts 12 ” below coping edge • Provide all labor , materials , and replacement of all three VGB - compliant suction covers 2 Remove and install porcelain standard waterline tile 3 Clean deck tiles to remove scale 4 Install compliant ladders at four pool locations 5 Remove and install new expansion joint between pool coping and deck ( 322 linear feet ) 6 Remove and install new lane marker tiles on pool floor ( 417 linear feet ), slip resistant , 1 ” x 1 ” width 7 Install new lane targets at both ends of each lane ( 70 square feet total )
