Description | Iowa State University (ISU) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to supply portable event flooring. The flooring needs to support people, tables, chairs, but not heavy equipment, animals or vehicles.Our Hanson Agricultural Center hosts a variety of events throughout the year. We require a durable, high-quality, and versatile flooring solution that can be installed over the existing dirt floor of the arena. Dirt floor is used for events that include animals like horses, cattle, etc. while providing a safe, level, and aesthetically pleasing ground for attendees and equipment. Floor would be preferable be easy to install with little to no tools required.ISU is also interested in receiving offers on our current UltraDeck (by Signature) as a trade in against the new flooring. The current floor consist of 10,032 1'x2' sections that creates a 20,064 square foot completed floor. The condition of the floor is fair with broken tabs on some pieces. Interested suppliers can contact the agent listed on this RFQ to view and inspect the existing flooring.ISU is interested in obtaining this flooring as soon as possible. |
