Portable Restroom Rental and Service

The City of Osawatomie is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide portable restroom units and weekly servicing at multiple City - owned locations , along with occasional additional units and additional service dates for special events . The City requires : • Weekly service to each unit , including : • Pumping and waste removal • Restock of toilet paper and hand sanitizer • Basic cleaning and deodorizing • Twice per week service of Mile Zero Trailhead unit ( s ) from Memorial Day to Labor Day • Ability to request additional cleanings with 72 hr notice • Ability to request additional portable restrooms ( standard or ADA ) for community events Vendors should include the following pricing : • Base weekly service price per unit type • Price per extra service trip ( per unit ) • Price per additional temporary unit ( ADA and standard ); The City hosts special events annually including ( not exhaustive ): • John Brown Jamboree ( 6 – 7 units plus handwash stations ) • Lights on the Lake ( 28 - 33 units plus handwash stations ) • Freedom Festival ( 2 - 3 units plus handwash stations ) • Bikes , BBQ , and John Brown ( 2 - 3 units plus handwash station ) • PorchFest ( 1 - 2 units plus handwash station ); Vendors must provide event delivery , placement , and removal with reasonable notice when additional units are required .
