Effective date of coverage is proposed to be July 1 , 2026 , 12 : 01 PST . Coverage ’ s and premiums shown should be based on information furnished . In the event of a material and / or undisclosed deviation from specification , pro - rata cancellation provisions should be prearranged . Named Insured ’ s : The following are Named Insured ’ s , as designated in the policy Declarations , under the proposed insurance contracts : Owens Valley Career Development Center and Landlords as will be disclosed in the bid package including Tribal Governments . Insurance Program Structure The Owens Valley Career Development Center ’ s objective is to reduce rates and to reduce the number of participating carriers to as few as possible and wrap the “ umbrella ” of coverage under a single program . This does not in any way preclude bids on individual coverage or a single type of coverage . Claims Management / Third Party Administration : A complete claims proposal and contact should be provided as outlined within the ” Qualifications Questionnaire .” This should include all costs , terms and conditions and claims review schedules , unless claims services are entirely “ Bundled ” and all costs are included in the quoted premium .
