SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS POWER DISTRIBUTION UNITS 1 ) By submitting a “ Bid Proposal ,” bidder certifies that the items furnished under this bid will meet the specifications as stated in this document . 2 ) Items delivered which are not found to meet specifications shall be promptly removed and replaced by the successful bidder at his own expense upon request by the City . 3 ) All power distribution units must include all required accessories . 4 ) All items must be new , in original unopened packaging as provided by the manufacturer . 5 ) All items shall be bid F . O . B . Destination , delivered to 1155 28th ST SW , Wyoming , MI 49509 .
