Description | A . Contractor shall provide new power wash machine to replace the existing power wash machine in - kind according to latest version of California Building Code and any industry specific standards . B . Contractor shall review the existing model of the power wash machine , prior to starting work . C . Contractor shall install the new power wash machine per manufacturer ’ s manual and requirements . D . Contractor shall legally dispose the previous power wash machine . E . Contractor shall notify Caltrans Contract Manager prior to performing any “ hot ” work , including but not limited to the use of gas torches , soldering irons , or any open flame devices . Contractor shall have a fire prevention plan including proper fire prevention ( extinguisher ) in place when performing hot work . Fire extinguisher equipment shall be provided at no extra cost to Caltrans . |
