Prequalification : MSI OR # 6 Fit - Out and Surgical Light Replacement

This project consists of the fit - out of approximately 433 square feet of existing shell space within the second - floor Operating Room ( OR ) suite . The scope of work includes , but is not limited to , the installation of a new surgical light , anesthesia boom , and video integration boom within OR # 6 . Work will also include associated architectural finishes , electrical systems , mechanical systems , fire protection modifications , and fire alarm modifications necessary to support the new equipment and comply with applicable codes and standards . In addition , Operating Rooms 1 through 5 will receive new surgical light booms . The project will require detailed coordination with existing imaging systems , operating room booms and lights , and video integration equipment to ensure proper installation and operational functionality within the existing OR environment . The contractor will also be painting the corridors and PACU . The renovation will require working in an active / occupied operating room suite setting . Infection Control ( ICRA ) and Life Safety ( ILSM ) measures will need to be followed on this project . Renovation scope includes finishes , MEP / FP distribution and tie - ins to existing infrastructure , plumbing , medical gas piping , fire alarm , data and security .
