Description | A . The Contractor shall provide all labor and material for a preventative maintenance service as specified herein . Contractor to provide all labor and material and supervision for a preventative maintenance service as specified herein for Fire Suppression Systems . a . The term of this contract is to for 730 days ( 2 Years ) and to cover all required testing and inspections during that time period as required below . b . Work shall be bid as a lump sum for the 2 - year duration ( 730 days or 2 Years ). The attached supplemental cost sheet is to be filled out and returned with the bid documents . c . Invoices permitted semi - annual upon completion of work for that period . d . Work shall include providing approved Emergency Services at an additional charge to the contract . e . There shall be a minimum of 2 inspections per year approximately 180 days apart . |
