( 3 Buildings / roofs ) Library @ 100 Villa Ave Adult Recreation Center @ 208 E . Main St . Youth Recreation Center @ 123 E . Main St . ( gutters ) Police Operations Bureau @ 15900 Los Gatos Blvd . Forbes Mill Historic Building - Mills Ave Belgatos Park - Restrooms - 330 Belgatos Rd . Blossom Hill Park - Restrooms @ 16300 Blossom Hill Rd . Creekside Sports Park - Restrooms @ 930 University Ave . Oak Meadow Park - Restrooms @ 233 Blossom Hill Rd . * All work for the Town requires prevailing wage and registration with the State Department of Industrial Relations ( DIR ) see below . Description Preventive Maintenance and Emergency call out roof repairs as needed for water intrusion . Preventive Maintenance Gutter cleaning 4 times a year ( 3 buildings ) Roof cleaning and inspections 6 times a year ( all roofs ). Sealing and caulking all piping , drains and seams as needed per inspection ( all roofs ). Roof preventive maintenance and repairs including materials for different types of roofs . Roof Types Include : Built up , thermoplastic polyolefin ( TPO ), composition shingle , wood shake , gravel , gravel with sealant .. |
