Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor , material and supervision required to maintain in optimum operating condition , each device of the Fire Sprinkler & Stand Pipe System and Fire Hydrants . Services shall include , inspection calibration , cleaning and lubrication pertaining to the efficient operation of the system . Emergency Services A . The Contractor shall provide Emergency Service for repair , labor , parts or adjustments that may be required to maintain proper operation of the system , which are not a part of Section 1 . 01 in the Scope of Work . The Contractor shall respond to any call for Emergency Service as follows : 1 . Immediately for circumstances endangering life or property . 2 . Within four ( 4 ) hours where acceptable level of equipment performance is compromised . 3 . Within a time frame determined by the Physical Plant Director . |
