Description | Im Gebäude P.A.L.M.E. wurden umfangreiche räumliche und IT-Infrastruktur Ressourcen für die Durchführung von elektronischen Klausuren geschaffen. In den Budgets des Gebäudes sind in diesem Kontext Kosten für die Beschaffung von 500 Laptops vorgesehen. Die Beschaffung der Laptops ist an diverse Rahmenbedingungen gebunden: - Vorgaben an die Hardware (Laptop und Dockingstation) definiert durch das ZIM, welche Software und personelle Ressourcen im Rahmen der Durchführung der Klausuren bereitstellt - Vorgaben an die Peripherie (Kabel und Schloss) aufgrund der verbauten Möblierung und der Erfahrungen mit dem Nutzungsverhalten der Student:innen Dabei ist das letztendliche Ziel eine Infrastruktur bereitzustellen, die eine rechtssichere Durchführung der Klausuren ermöglicht. Hierfür wurden in den vergangenen Wochen umfangreiche Tests und Testaufbauten durchgeführt. Im Ergebnis wurde festgestellt, dass für Laptop, Dockingstation, Anschlusskabel und Sicherungsschloss eine produktscharfe Ausschreibung notwendig ist. Dieses Dokument fasst die Ergebnisse zusammen. |
