Description | The objective of this RFI is to : • Gather information about current market conditions . • Collect information from manufacturers / suppliers on the availability of products . • Identify manufacturers / suppliers of these products on a statewide basis . Question Answer / Explanation 1 Are you an OEM or a reseller ? If reseller , are you a Factory Authorized Reseller ? 2 Which brand ( s ) of Printers / MFD ' s do you sell ? ( Printer - based machines only ) 3 The State intends to ask bidders to propose one product for each printer type outlined in TAB C . Contract pricing will be established by the bidder ’ s proposed discount off list price for each proposed product . The contract will allow ordering agencies to make non - core catalog purchases for other models not identified as a core line item . Can your company offer the same contract discount for all models offered in the OEM catalog or will discounts vary depending on the printer type / family ? |
