Description | NRPC is seeking a qualified technical consultant with experience conducting Road Erosion Inventories in Vermont to join the Private Roads Advisory Team for Phase 1 of this project . The team will work alongside NRPC to 1 ) Develop and implement criteria for the prioritization of private road segments for REIs ; 2 ) Review and make recommendations for private road standards and revisions to the REI app ; and 3 ) Develop and implement a Technical Assistance program to build capacity for private road erosion inventories in sub - watersheds . The consultant will also remain on board during Phase 2 to help answer any questions that arise when road erosion inventories are being conducted . |
