The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed. No minimum quantity requirements will be accepted. This bid is for product only, no installation. DPS Fleet is located at 959 United Ave. SE, Atlanta, GA 30316. Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid. Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/. No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the eRFQ instruction document will be required. The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
