Process Serve - DHR Child Support

Supplier must be able to provide all Process Serving of Legal Documents for various Department of Human Resources , Child Support Program county offices within The State of Alabama , requiring Process Services as listed herein this bid solicitation , and subsequent contract . 1 . The contract supplier agrees to employ competent individuals to provide process serving of summons , complaints , notice of hearings , and other pleadings on defendants , guardians , and others referred by DHR . The contract supplier must supervise and monitor their performance to ensure they perform responsibly in accordance with the specification , terms , and conditions , and applicable rules , and laws . 2 . Contract Supplier agrees that all personnel working with DHR will have a minimum of three ( 3 ) years ’ experience as a process server or similar experience with a city police department , county sheriff office , Alabama Law Enforcement Agency , or any other official law enforcement agency . Contract supplier agrees that all personnel working with DHR must also be knowledgeable of State and Federal Laws , local statutes and ordinances relating to the serving of legal processes , including but not limited to Rule 4 through 4 . 4 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure . 3 . The contract supplier agrees not to employ an individual as process server if that individual has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor other than a moving traffic violation . The contract supplier agrees that DHR may refuse the services of such individual ( s ). The terms employ , employee , and employed shall include the contract supplier , associates , agents , or any other person ( s ) who provide ( s ) process service for the contract supplier .
