In particular, NPRA aims to strengthen its ability to monitor and analyse traffic flow, travel times, and traffic density by using both real-time and historical Floating Car Data (FCD). The purpose of this procurement is to ensure that NPRA has access to a broad and reliable range of Floating Car Data (FCD).
