Description
Description | Project Background and Objectives QatarEnergy is currently facing several challenges in optimizing its production operations, including inefficiencies in production processes, frequent well downtime, difficulties in stabilizing and reversing production decline rates, and suboptimal reservoir management. Industry benchmarks and best practices measure a production uplift benefit of 2%-5% through implementation of digital technology and improved collaboration. These benefits are realized by optimization of production operations, reduction in well downtime, arrested production decline rates, improved reservoir management and improved efficiency of operational resources. By adopting Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solutions, QatarEnergy could significantly enhance its production operations and overall asset performance. The scope of this project includes: 1. Procurement of a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software for Production Management and Optimization. 2. Configuration and customization of the software to meet QatarEnergy's specific needs. 3. Deployment of the software across Al-Rayyan, Bul-Hanine, Dukhan, Idd El-Shargi and Maydan Mahzam operated assets. 4. Provision of training and knowledge transfer services to ensure QatarEnergy personnel are fully equipped to operate and maintain the solution independently and efficiently. 5. Provision of ongoing maintenance and support services post-stabilization of the procured COTS solution. 6. Supply of additional services on call-off basis. |
