Description | The Atlanta BeltLine is seeking a qualified consultant to update the Subarea 7 Master Plan , which guides longterm planning , policy development , and investment for the BeltLine ’ s northside area . Subarea 7 spans from Northside Drive to Piedmont Road and from I75 / 85 to the Lindbergh Drive / Lindbergh Station area , covering neighborhoods including Ardmore Park , Brookwood , Collier Hills , Lindbergh / Morosgo , Garden Hills , Martin Manor , Colonial Homes , and Peachtree Hills . Home to major destinations such as the Lindbergh MARTA Station , Piedmont Hospital , the Shepherd Center , Tanyard Creek Park , and several BeltLine trails , the subarea plays a key role in mobility and community connectivity . The consultant will assess existing conditions , refine land use and mobility recommendations , and develop an updated policy framework to support future mixeduse , transitaccessible , and communityfocused development . |
