Site Assessment & Feasibility • Conduct a full site assessment to confirm that 3 courts can be accommodated in the selected area . • Identify utilities , site constraints , and drainage patterns . • Evaluate environmental factors , ADA access routes , and staging requirements . 2 . Conceptual Design • Provide conceptual layout ( s ) for court placement and circulation . • Include court orientation analysis ( sun angles , wind patterns , spacing ). • Produce schematic renderings and site diagrams . 3 . Design Development • Civil , structural , and site engineering for courts , surfacing , concrete , and drainage . • Hardscape design includes curbing , surfacing , striping , and fencing . • Landscape and irrigation modifications if applicable . • Coordination of all supporting systems . 4 . Construction Documents • Complete , bid - ready plans and specifications . • Surface materials , subsurface compaction requirements , court striping details , and fencing specifications . • Technical specifications for drainage , grading , and paving . • Cost estimating and value engineering as needed . 5 . Optional Services • 3D renderings • Public information graphics • Lighting design recommendations ( if chosen for future phase )
