Description

Task 1 - Design Task 1 . 1 Preliminary Design In this task the design shall be advanced to the point of establishing a detailed design basis for each engineering discipline : structural , architectural , mechanical , HVAC , electrical , and instrumentation , including the development of approximately 30 % of drawings . During this subtask the SBS dechlorination system shall be designed and the replacement of one of the existing sodium hypochlorite storage tanks shall be specified . A 30 % construction cost estimate shall also be provided . The work performed in this subtask shall be presented in a Preliminary Basis of Design Report , which shall be submitted initially in draft form and following a review meeting with the Trenton Sewer Utility , it shall be finalized .
