Description | Respondents must have significant experience in providing architectural services to New Jersey municipalities and / or othe New Jersey public entities . The Borough is looking for an architecutral firm to provide the following ( not listed in order of preference ): specific conceptual drawings and detailed construction drawings that will serve as the basis for both bidding and construction by a general contractor ; preparatoin of necessary bid documents for projects ; regular site observatons of the contractor and subcontractors during construction phases and sign off on construciton drawings to assure that scheduled payments are made , with appropriate holdbacks , when predetermined work has not been completed ; final sign - off on projects , assuring that the final project represents what was originally conceptualized and captured in the working drawings and all other architectural services as appropriately directed by the Borough . |
