Description | The Town of Chino Valley is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified , licensed vendors interested in providing professional services for the designated areas ( with examples of anticipated work types ) in the following categories : 1 . Civil Engineering o Water / Wastewater / Storm Drain o Transportation / Traffic o Cost Estimates o Land Survey o Plan Review 2 . Geotechnical Engineering o Site Investigation / Recommendations o Materials Testing / Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Special Inspection o Environmental Services 3 . Electrical & SCADA Programming 4 . Architecture 5 . Landscape Architecture Services to be provided may include , but are not limited to , studies , site investigations , planning , preliminary design concepts , and development of contract documents ( such as detailed plans , schedules , designs , specifications , and reports ). Duties may also involve budget estimation , engineering designs , phasing , recommendations for future infrastructure needs ( master plans ), improvement district administration , and presentations at public meetings . All projects involving the preparation of design plans and specifications require those documents to be sealed by a professional registered in the State of Arizona . |
