• Modernization of RMP and compliance plan ( 5 years ) o Prepare Management of Change ( MOC ) for RMP Modernization o The MOC file should include the following prerequisites :  RAGAGEP files for consensus and Non - consensus data  Prepare and implement MI for all system components .  Prepare and implement PSI for all system components .  Prepare digitized SOPs .  Conduct employee training on the revised SOPs .  Prepare a PHA to incorporate facility sitting and human factors to incorporate all safety systems .  Prepare PHA forms .  Conduct new PHA incorporating both new SOPs and system compliance .  Revision of emergency response plan .  Train employees in the revisions of the emergency response plan . • Prepare a ( MOC ) of the direct reporters and location to eliminate plan inconsistencies . o Prepare RMP for the Sault Ste . Marie Water Treatment Facility o Amend SARA Title III to State , County , and Local . • Create files to be stored on the City ’ s server to maintain all non - consensus information . o Chlorine Institute Pamphlets o Process Hazard Analysis  One PHA shall be conducted every 5 years . o Compliance Audits • The PSM audit shall be conducted every 3 years . o Validation of operating procedures • Digitized operator procedures must be validated for accuracy annually . • Operator Training o Operator training conducted and certified every 3 years .
