Description | The City of Tempe Housing Authority ( THA ) issues this Request for Proposals ( RFP ) to seek proposals from partners , owners , and / or developers interested in applying for up to 120 Project - Based Vouchers ( PBV ). PBVs awarded through this RFP will be provided to be used in new construction or substantial rehabilitation of multi - family affordable housing rental project ( s ) that serve low - income , very low - income and extremely low - income households . THA is looking for experienced partners capable of delivering high quality affordable housing and services for families in the region it serves . |
