All Equipment ( Roof top units ) Check and tighten electrical connections Check fan and mount . bolts for tightness Check for air leaks Check for power Check operating conditions Lubricate bearings Test unit for proper operation Clean all exterior coils / fins Gas Pack ( Roof top units ) Change filters and date Check OSA damper operation and lubricate ( Economizers ) Check and clean drain pan and p - trap Check and tighten electrical connections Check belts and replace as required Check crankcase heater Check gas valve and ignition system Check motor and blower bearings Check oil level in comp . ( where applic .) Check operation of t - stat Check unit for refrigerant leaks Clean OSA filter Clean burners Clean condenser coils Inspect coils for blockage , clean as req . Inspect heat exchanger Lubricate bearings Record temperature split Test unit for proper operation
