The Health and Human Services Commission, for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for **Project No.24-101-AUL, Fire Alarm Upgrades, Austin, TX**(the “**Project** ”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in thisSolicitation.
