The Health and Human Services Commission, for and on behalf ofits Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting Competitive SealedProposals for selection of a General Contractor to provide general constructionand construction administration services to the Owner for **Project No.24-101-AUL, Fire Alarm Upgrades, Austin, TX**(the “**Project** ”), inaccordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in thisSolicitation.
