Amendment 003This Solicitation Amendment 003 is raised to:1. To provide the Q&As from the optional Webinar that took place on June 15, 2026.2. To provide administrative clarification regarding file name references presented in the Webinar.3. Amendment 002This amendment is issued for administrative purposes to ensure that all solicitation documents were properly published and available through CanadaBuys. Amendment 001 This amendment is issued to correct and clarify certain administrative aspects of the solicitation documentation. Specifically, this amendment: Provides access to documents that were not initially displayed on CanadaBuys due to a system posting issue; and Updates certain document titles to align with the annex naming conventions referenced in the solicitation. These changes are administrative in nature only and do not modify the requirement, evaluation criteria, basis of selection, security requirements, pricing, or any other substantive terms of the solicitation. The requirement includes software subscriptions, implementation services, training services, data migration and transition services, support services, accessibility compliance, and related professional services required to implement, operate and maintain the solution.The objective of this procurement is to acquire a modern, secure, accessible, and scalable SaaS solution capable of supporting project, programme and portfolio management activities across the organization.SECURITY REQUIREMENTSThe security requirements associated with this procurement will be identified in the solicitation documents.
