1. The purpose of this amendment is post questions and answers. 2. There are no other changes to solicitation and all other terms and conditions are in full effect. --- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Propane Delivery Services at the United States Military Academy (USMA). The estimated period of performance is 08 September 2026 – 07 September 2028 (base period plus one one-year option period). This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns under NAICS code 324110 - Petroleum Refineries. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in refining crude petroleum into refined petroleum. Petroleum refining involves one or more of the following activities: (1) fractionation; (2) straight distillation of crude oil; and (3) cracking (size standard 1,500 employees) and PSC S204 - Housekeeping- Fueling and Other Petroleum. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a WOSB under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov. Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911SD26QA035 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for propane delivery services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
