Description | All fees , rental , taxes or residual costs for which the board is liable must be included in the bid price per gallon . The successful bidder must supply all tanks , including maintenance and upkeep . Metered delivery printouts are required . Presently there are 4 - 1 , 000 gallon tanks and 6 - 500 gallon tanks . 4 . The existing vendor must allow the existing tanks to remain until new tanks are ready for installation . The tanks would have to be removed without disturbing the chain - link fence around the tanks . A new vendor must install tanks in a like manner . If the existing vendor submits the winning bid , then the existing tanks may remain in place for the duration of the contract . Regardless , tanks must be in place by June 1 , 2026 . |
