Description | QatarEnergy requires accommodation, food, and airport transfer facilities to be provided to its guests by five (5) star / four (4) star hotels in DOHA as and when required by QatarEnergy. QatarEnergy's requirement mostly would be Standard Rooms, with minimum size of 36 m2 for five (5) star Hotel and 25 m2 for four (4) star Hotel. Additionally, upgraded rooms like Executive Rooms, Suite Rooms and/or Executive Suites may be required from time-to-time. The estimated requirement on the number of rooms based on current forecast is approximately ten thousand (10,000) rooms nights/year for five (5) star hotels and approximately five thousand and five hundred (5 ,500) rooms nights/year for four (4) star hotels which may increase or decrease during the tenure of the intended Agreement period of six (6) years without any commitment from QatarEnergy. QatarEnergy shall require the Hotel to provide i) Meals services (three (3) meals/day), Laundry services, Transportation services and Luggage Storage services (of up to two hundred (200) bags). In addition, QatarEnergy may instruct the Hotel to reserve blocked rooms up to one hundred and twenty (120) rooms at a time by giving one (1) week notice in advance. The same shall be on call-off basis. |
