Description | The University of Mississippi (“ UM ”, “ Ole Miss ”, or “ the University ”) solicits proposals from qualified development teams to design , build , finance , operate , and maintain a mixed - use condotel and athletics and entertainment district ( the “ Project ”, or the “ District ”) adjacent to and / or integrated with Vaught - Hemingway Stadium (“ VHS ” or the “ Stadium ”) through publicprivate partnerships (“ P3 ”). The Project represents a signature opportunity to enhance the area surrounding the Stadium , elevating both the gameday experience and year - round activation of the campus . This initiative aligns with Ole Miss ’ s ongoing commitment to enriching the student , fan , and visitor experience while advancing the broader economic , cultural , and aesthetic development of the University . |
