Description | The Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel (OCC) is funding Synapse Energy Economics, Inc. (“Synapse” or “Contractor”) to provide OCC with consulting services to support OCC in preparing a report pursuant to Section 18 of Public Act No. 25-173. Pursuant to the Public Act, OCC must prepare a report describing the cost drivers behind particular electric bill components known as the "combined public benefits charges" and evaluate the "purpose, costs and benefits" associated with such components. |
