Description | Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the Box Elder Finance Office no later than2 : 00 PMlocal time , April 28 , 2026 . Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “ Public Works Canopy Enclosure , Project No . 26004 ”. Bid envelopes shall also bear the name and address of the bidder . If submitted by mail the bid proposal envelope shall be inside a separate mailing envelope addressed to the City of Box Elder , 420 Villa Drive , Box Elder , South Dakota , 57719 . No emailed bid can be accepted . The City of Box Elder is seeking bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the enclosure of an existing canopy structure in the public works yard . The scope of work includes but is not limited to the installation of a concrete floor , insulated side walls , electrical and heating system , overhead doors , and personnel doors for the existing approximately 33 - foot by 67 - foot canopy structure . The bidder to follow all applicable building , electrical and other applicable codes and standards . The bidder to provide all labor and material costs necessary to provide a complete and usable facility . See more |
