Description | The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for the construction of a 56 , 825 SF Public Works north garage addition , the renovation of the Public Works south garage , the renovation of the Public Works locker / restrooms , the installation of a new generator , all associated HVAC , structural , life safety , paving , stormwater and utility work , and all other work as detailed in Exhibit A – Site Drawings and Exhibit B – Project Specifications . The work to be performed by the successful proposer shall be complete on or before June 1 , 2028 . See more |
