Description | The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for the Public Works Optimization Project , which includes the construction of a new salt storage building and related items , including the relocation of an existing brine maker and tanks to the new salt building , paving of surrounding area to blend existing pavement to new salt building elevations , procurement of a backup generator and associated utility work ; the construction of a 56 , 825 SF Public Works north garage addition ; the renovation of the Public Works south garage ; the renovation of the Public Works locker / restrooms ; the installation of a new generator ; all associated HVAC , structural , life safety , paving , stormwater and utility work ; and all other work as detailed in Exhibits A & B . The work to be performed by the successful Contractor shall be complete on or before June 1 , 2028 . See more |
