As a result, all Small Business Set Aside provisions and clauses previously included are hereby removed. Changes to the Combined Solicitation Cluses: The following clauses are deleted in their entirety because this requirement is not set aside for small business concerns: RFO 52.219 6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside RFO 52.219 14 Limitations on Subcontracting RFO 52.219 8 Utilization of Small Business Concerns All responsible sources may submit a quote.
