This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. This solicitation is open market / unrestricted; full and open competition, and will be competed in accordance with FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The FSC/PSC is Q301 Medical- Laboratory Testing. The Network Contracting Office (NCO-10) is seeking to purchase Reference Laboratory Services for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. Responses will be evaluated via comparative analysis utilizing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
