The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses in identifying the availability of the requirement outline in the Performance Work Statement ( PWS ). See attached draft PWS for details . No solicitation is being issued at this time . All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary ; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government . The contractor shall provide , but not be limited to , 33 , 280 phlebotomist hours per year with the option to increase by an additional 11 , 050 hours by contract modification as location needs demand for health care services listed in the contract for Veteran beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs , located at the Michael E . DeBakey VA Medical Center ( MEDVAMC ), 2002 Holcombe Boulevard , Houston , TX 77030 . Responses to these sources sought must include the following information : 1 .
