Description | The California State Lottery ( Lottery ) is inviting responses from qualified vendors to conduct quantitative consumer research ( English Only ) studies specifically utilizing spending exercises / market simulations with the following objectives . For Scratchers ® concept testing : 1 . Gain insights into which Scratchers ® concept has the greatest potential sales and profit gains if launched . 2 . Estimate incremental concept trial , playership , sales , profits , and cannibalization at other price points or within the price point from each of the concepts . 3 . Compare trial , appeal , and interest among the concepts and explore why players liked / disliked them . 4 . Any other secondary objectives which may be required based on the specific Scratchers ® concepts being tested . For Other Market Simulation testing : 1 . Objectives to be determined on a project - by - project basis but shall be similar in breadth and detail to those listed above for Scratchers ® concept testing . |
