Description | The Office of Information Technology SNI is requesting the purchase of replacement failed drives for the Xcellis storage arrays currently supporting critical archive data . Replacing the drives will continue to maintain the integrity , performance , and reliability of the storage infrastructure . The array is currently operating in a degraded state , which significantly increases the risk of data loss . Failure to replace the drives will result in loss of redundancy , increase risk of data corruption or permanent data loss . In addition , extended recovery time if additional failures occur and disruptions to user accessing their data . Please note that replacing the failed drives will allow the storage array to rebuild and restore full redundancy . |
