SCOPE OF SERVICES : The contractor shall provide PA ( posterioranterior ) chest x - rays , lateral chest x - rays , and lordotic x - rays upon request of the City . The contractor shall provide either same day appointment services or appointments within no longer than three ( 3 ) business days . The contractor shall understand and agree that the option for walk - in appointments are highly preferred by the City . The contractor shall give the City access to a secure portal to review the results in a timely manner , and shall provide the results to the City by no later than the following timeframes : • Phone results shall be provided to the City within twenty four ( 24 ) hours or less for findings suggestive of active TB ; and • Written results shall be provided to the City within seventy two ( 72 ) hours or less if there are no findings suggestive of active TB . The contractor shall understand and agree that PHHS shall provide its own x - ray requisitions / order forms to the contractor that are written and signed by Registered Nurses employed by the PHHS . In the event the City ’ s x - ray requisitions / order forms cannot be utilized by the contractor , the contractor shall provide the appropriate forms to the City and shall accept x - ray requisitions / order forms that are written and signed by Registered Nurses employed by the PHHS .
