Purpose and Description of Services Contractor agrees to provide on - site portable radiographic studies ( i . e ., X - rays , EKGs , ultrasounds ), for the clients at Canyon Springs as requested by the Contract Manager and provide written reports of findings . Contractor will provide a licensed and qualified Radiologist to interpret all studies . Contractor will prepare a report for each examination and promptly telephone an abbreviated report to the Canyon Springs Contract Manager . A fully transcribed written report will be mailed or faxed to the Canyon Springs Contract Manager . Contractor will deliver or mail reports of findings to Canyon Springs , upon request of the Canyon Springs Contract Manager . Contractor will also perform EKGs and issue an interpretive written report . Contractor agrees to provide 24 - hour on - call services seven ( 7 ) days a week including holidays . Contractor shall respond to STAT calls within three to four ( 3 - 4 ) hours , ASAP calls within four to five ( 4 - 5 ) hours , and “ today ” calls that day . Contractor agrees that if there is no priority specified , calls will be handled on a “ today ” basis . Contractor shall provide all equipment / supplies necessary to perform services requested under this agreement .
