Description | Conduct initial radon testing at each of the three properties - EPA - approved short - term radon testing • Diagnostic radon evaluation which includes Provide detailed test results and documentation for each site • Installation of radon mitigation systems when required - If mitigation is required based on the test results , a radon mitigation contractor will perform the work . • Installation of radon mitigation systems when required • Post - mitigation retesting to verify compliance with EPA standards . • All testing and reporting must be conducted in accordance with EPA and Illinois Department of Public Health ( IDPH ) guidelines . • Reporting and documentation suitable for HUD and LCHA compliance files |
