Description

The principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY RAILWAY PARK PROJECT - CIVIL WORK will consist of ( excluding bid alternates ): Mobilization , creating a SWPPP and managing the associated documentation and mass earthwork including excavation , embankment , grading , and site preparation within the Union Pacific ’ s property and the Interchange Yard ; construction of subgrade and structural fill ; furnishing and placing subballast , encasements of underground utilities with markers including water , sewer ; utility trenching and backfill ; removing some existing fencing and pole line and all incidental work necessary to prepare the site for future railroad track improvements , all in accordance with the plans and specifications .
