Description | • WORK LIMITS : 50 , 000 SF • Finish shaping of all subgrade surfaces within work limits • Laser - level subgrade to 1 % pitch from west to east ( 30 , 000 SF ) • Purchase and spread topsoil 4 ”- 6 ” over tee top surface • Install irrigation • Install of 4 ” of solid drainage , tie into existing storm sewer ( 80 LF ) • Install of 4 ” perforated N - 12 drainage and backfill with pea gravel in features ( 1 , 580 LF ) • Spoils from drainage installation to be removed and kept on site • Purchase and installation of 50 , 000 SF of low mow bluegrass or similar variety sod • Final cleanup , punch list and hand - off to Owner |
