Description | Der Gasteig ist das große, zentral gelegene Kultur- und Bildungszentrum Münchens. Mit seinen ca. 2 Millionen Besuchern und mehr als 1.800 Veranstaltungen pro Jahr ist er eines der größten Kulturzentren Europas. Das Angebot der im Gasteig auf etwa 90.000 m² Bruttogrundfläche beheimateten zentralen Kultur- und Bildungsinstitutionen wird durch herausragende städtische Festivals sowie zahlreiche Veranstaltungsformate komplettiert. Nach der über 30-jährigen, intensiven Nutzungsphase steht die Sanierung des Gebäudes an, da insbesondere große Teile der technischen Anlagen nach über 30 Jahren Laufzeit das Ende ihrer Lebensdauer erreicht haben. Gemäß Stadtratsbeschluss soll noch vor Beginn der eigentlichen Sanierungen eine vorgezogene Schadstoffsanierung erfolgen. Gegenstand dieses Auftrags ist die Rückbauplanung ELT.
