Description | Preventative maintenance services will be tailored to the facility system being serviced and to be completed by a licensed general contractor in the state of North Carolina . At a minimum , these services will include : 1 . Perform a full evacuation of the grease interceptors - sludge , grease , water ( both influent and effluent ). 2 . Complete line jetting of the grease interceptors . 3 . The grease interceptors must be pressured washed and / or scraped after evacuation . 4 . After every service , designated Raleigh Convention personnel will complete an inspection of the exterior and interior grease interceptor , with awarded company inspection , to ensure T - pipes are present and intact . 5 . Damage will be communicated by the awarded company to the designated Raleigh Convention Center personnel in a timely manner . 6 . At each service , and upon request , fats , oils , and grease levels are to be measured and reported to the designated Raleigh Convention personnel . 7 . Services will be completed during non - peak hours and scheduled , ahead of time , with designated Raleigh Convention Center personnel . 8 . Awarded vendor will be responsible for all fees associated with compliance violations the Raleigh Convention Center accrues due to vendor ’ s mismanagement of the grease inceptors . |
